Spanish House and Techno supremo Oscar L was this week’s live stream guest!
With more than 10 years of international experience behind him, Oscar L is one of the essential names of the Iberian electronic scene.
Personality, perseverance and energy define him and are qualities that are also found in his particular sound, a combination of influences and peculiarities that have caught the attention of the best labels on the globe, such as Suara, Toolroom, Truesoul, 1605, Stereo or Material, amongst others, all of them being connoisseurs of the talent and the effectiveness that the productions of the Spanish artist reunite.
A tasteful mixture that have been used to put a good handful of tracks at the top of the Techno and House charts. These capabilities have given Oscar the opportunity to travel the world making the most diverse audiences dance. Dozens of cities from different continents throughout the world have enjoyed the intensity and warmth that his sets transmit to the dance floor. But the diffusion of his music does not end there, for a few years now, Oscar has also been directing his own radio show, D-Mix, which is broadcasted in 16 countries through 90 different stations. Oscar L’s professional framework continues to expand, foreshadowing a prolific future and a privileged position amongst the most outstanding figures of his country.

Formed in 2007, the guys have experienced a meteoric rise over the last few years and are now playing big clubs and festivals worldwide.
2009 was the year that really got things started for the guys. Their remix of ‘Henry Von – Propaganda’ on Fergie’s ‘Rekluse’ imprint make its way on to Carl Cox’s Space Ibiza compilation, with it also being selected as ‘Track Of The Week’ on Coxy’s Global Radio Show, which was broadcast to over 10 Million listeners worldwide.
Throughout their rapid 10 year rise the guys have been killing Beatport’s Techno charts and now have a healthy CV with a list of productions and remixes on major labels such as Christian Smiths ‘Tronic Music’, Sian’s ‘Octopus Recordings’, Chus & Ceballos’ ‘Stereo Productions’, Monika Kruse’s ‘Terminal M’, Green Velvet’s ‘Relief Records’ and Mark Knight’s ‘Toolroom Records’ to name but a few.
A notable remix for them in 2016 was being asked to remix ‘Green Velvet – Flash’ which is without doubt one of the biggest Techno Records of all time.

Now signed to BPA Loco & Jam are a regular on the world circuit continuing to tour week in week out across the globe playing what they like to call their style of stadium techno.
Mexican born producer and DJ Betoko delivered another top drawer set for this week’s BPA Live!
Having drummed in bands and played guitar as a teen, it was here that he discovered a passion for electronic music. His early releases showed the man to have his own distinctive approach joining the dots between techno, minimal and house music with great style.
With a huge esteemed back catalogue, Betoko regularly picks up support from the worlds finest DJs, whilst his tracks have been licensed for use on TV shows like CSI, a number of advertising campaigns and Madonna’s Sticky N Sweet Tour.
His natural progression and hunger for great new music means Betoko is now the head of his own two labels, OKO Recordings and Chilli Mint Music both of which release quality dance music on vinyl/digital constantly charted by the top 100 DJs.
Betoko’s global hit “Raining Again” released on Diynamic Music has become a classic and was labelled the Track of the Summer in 2012 with more than 20 Million Views on Youtube.
Betoko’s infectious sounds have been heard at Amnesia, Warung, Green Valley, Space, Fabric, Ushuaia, Kater Holzig, numerous Festivals and pretty much every top club in the world, and has played b2b sets with DJs like Sasha and Nick Warren.
Betoko is based at the world famous Red Bus Recording Studios and is a sponsored artist of Native Instruments, Arturia and Dave Smith Instruments.f
Rising techno start Matt Sassari launched BPA Live series with a blistering set!
A relative newcomer on the circuit, Marseille based DJ and producer Matt Sassari is already causing quite a stir in the global techno scene.
His skills in the studio have earned him support from many of the scene’s leading figures and also helped him rack up rack up releases on some of the scene’s biggest imprints, including Terminal M / Intec / Tronic / Relief / Sci + Tec.
Word has been spreading like wildfire across clubland, as his blistering live performances with Ableton and controllers continues to slay crowds. Demand for the young Frenchman has understandably skyrocketed, with his packed tour schedule taking him to Finland, France, Argentina, then on to Egypt, Croatia and Australia later this month!
With continued support from scene heavyweights Carl Cox, Adam Beyer, Joseph Capriati, Chris Leibing, Nicole Moudaber and Christian Smith, the future looks incredibly bright for this inspirational young talent.
